Obviously they cut off our chatbox on the last sweep since we ran out of spare funds a while ago, but regardless: Happy 2014 everyone -- hope the expansion looks better and maybe see some people back upon release. Otherwise it was quite a fun run while it lasted -- wouldn't have wanted to do it with any other guild... on another server maybe so that you know we could actually see other horde players, but certainly in purple and pink.
Housekeeping: - This website is in free mode but isn't going anywhere. Continue to use it as needed -- i am still currently admin for users/styles. I am rarely updating stikys so send me a PM if you need anything.
- Ventrillo is privately paid by Chris and I for another year, but still up for usage for guildies for any reason. Its max user limit is currently 5 but can be increased if needed.
- Baalor is currently guild leader. Please whisper him ingame with any guild maintenance concerns.
I just finished re-subscribing for a month over the holidays. Didn't raid much, just spent most of it farming/crafting mounts in an attempt to get to 200 mounts. Only made it to 189. (Although that did include four JC panthers and the Sky Golem, so I got that going for me...)
I also did some pet battles and some alt levelling, proving to myself once and for all that, even after a six month break, I am still a pathetic crackhead when it comes to WoW.
Regardless, I'm looking forward to WoD. We'll see if I can keep clean until release.

I tried to hang in there but I just got a new job and will be working 50 hours a week until the end of tax season. It's in public accounting, something I've never done in my career. We are also building a house this year and have a ton of prep work the next few months then in the spring we'll be out there every moment we aren't working or sleeping. We are our own general contractor and framers and electricians and plumbers and more so it will be tons of work.
It's just not the same in the game without the gang anyway. I was mostly leveling toons, crafting and working on pets. Just doing all the daily cool downs and a few farms and checking mail takes a chunk of time.
My account is active until Feb 26th so I might clean up some banks over the next couple of weekends.
I'm on facebook, some of you have found me there. I'll post pictures of the house as it progresses.
We'll see what happens next winter, maybe I'll have a few hours a week to plan and come back. It's been an experience like a big online family. I even lost a good wow friend several years ago, he beat cancer then died in a motorcycle accident.
Lynke is now 15 and trying to drive a 5-speed 1985 4Runner to High School. I believe he was 5 or 6-yrs-old when we started out and a few years later when we moved over to BoM.
We moved out to a smaller house on more land last summer - has been fun getting out of the 'burbs.
Miss the good times, but glad I'm not on a computer for fun 2-3+ hours per day anymore - - I need to lose some weight, learn to brew, raise some chickens, etc :)
Anyhoo - fun to check in from time to time - -hope all are doing OK.
